Return & Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with us at Char Lee! We are a small business and truly appreciate your support. We want you to receive your merchandise quickly and offer positive customer experience. Items that are in stock will ship within 48-72 hours of purchase, except on holidays and weekends. Once your order is in the hands of the carrier, we will provide tracking information and inform you that your order has been shipped. Sometimes delays can occur for reasons out of our control, such as issues with the carrier or other events like weather delays. We cannot be held liable if the incorrect shipping address is entered at the checkout. Please ensure that your address is entered correctly as we want you to receive your order. Please note that we cannot be responsible for delays or lost packages.
· Store Credit Only: Returns are accepted for store credit only. This allows you the flexibility to find something you'll love even more!
· Final Sale Items: Please note that all accessories, including jewelry, hats, belts, bags, and undergarments such as bras, tanks, and camis, as well as deals, doorbusters, and holiday sales, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Additionally, items listed with a price ending in 00 are not eligible for return.
· Exchanges: Due to our limited inventory, we will work to process exchanges. We cannot guarantee the availability of colors and sizes for any items. The return app will assist if there is another size available or you can get a credit.
· Return Window: Items eligible for return must be sent back within 7 days of receiving your order and must be postmarked by the 7th day of receiving the order.
· Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Returned items must be stain-free (including odors, makeup, deodorant, and pet stains) and odor-free (such as cigarette smoke, perfume, etc.). If the item does not meet these conditions, the return will not be accepted.
· Return Process: To initiate a return, please go to the return section in the app or go to the link below to start the process.
· Return Shipping Cost: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless you opted-in to Checkout plus. If you opted-in to Checkout+, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for a refund or exchange for free! Return requests should be submitted through our customer portal. If you opted out of Checkout+, no worries! You are still able to submit your return through our portal. However, you are responsible for all return shipping charges. Return labels should be purchased through our customer portal.
· Final Sale Rights: Char Lee reserves the right to deem ANY sale as "final sale" and the right to classify any item as non-returnable at its discretion. Examples of sales listed are examples and not the only sales deemed non-returnable. If a product is deemed non-returnable, it will be returned to the customer at their expense.
· Lost Packages: We recommend insuring your return package, as Char Lee is not responsible for items lost in transit.
